The John Lewis Partnership – I have worked with the Partnership for over 20 years helping both Waitrose and John Lewis to embed change, restructure and launch new initiatives. I sat on the working group and help to create the Partnership’s Responsible Development Framework. In 2021 I supported the narrative and communications for their new Build to Rent business.
Photobox – In 2020 I worked with the People team to identify the cultural shifts required to deliver their new strategic objectives and led the process of kick-starting change across their European businesses.
City Lit – I have supported the leadership team at City Lit for several years helping them to tell stories that will engage policy and decision makers about the social and mental benefits of adult education.
UBS – In 2020 UBS wanted to understand what the future of working would look like for their business and the impact it might have on culture, talent, leadership, physical estate and sustainability. As Editor-in-Chief I pulled together the research and thoughts of an international team of subject specialists into a white paper. In 2021 I wrote the script and produced a video summary of the paper.
Digital Realty – In 2019 I helped to create the case for change towards adopting more stringent sustainability measures for their European data centre business.
Bupa UK – Over three years to 2022 I have worked with a global directorate to help define competencies, learning pathways, and leadership needs that will help the business to attract, develop and retain talent.
WWF UK – Since 2018 I have worked with the Executive Directors of WWF to help them to deliver cultural change and execute ambitious objectives to reverse global biodiversity loss.
GLH – Operators of 17 hotels in London, I have worked with the group for a number of years to improve internal communication, create engaging training resources and achieve cultural alignment across their brands.
HSBC – Delivered Creative Thinking workshops to the newly created innovation hub teams that are exploring the future of the office.
Duke CE – Duke is an American corporate education provider and I work with the London office to create and write tailored content for senior leadership programmes. Clients include: Nokia, Standard Chartered, Lonza, Amcor, BAE Systems, and Ardagh.
